Our Process - Georgia

Here's how our listings process works:

First, meet our Business Broker, and get all of your questions answered. Visit Jay's Website, and make sure you are comfortable with his services. Then you may call or email him with any other questions you may have. (If you have any concerns about sharing confidential information about your business, you may enter into a Confidentiality Agreement with him first.
Register as a potential business seller by visiting our Online Signup page. Once complete, you will receive a Listing Agreement via email for your review and acceptance.
Once your Listing Agreement has been accepted, Jay will then request some additional information about your business, including your historical financials, pictures of your business, and other items that will help him sell your business.
Once these items are received, Jay will package your business for sale, and start the selling process.

Jay will then field all buyer inquiries, qualify them, and have them execute a non-disclosure agreement before revealing any confidential information. He will also give you weekly reports on disclosures, so that you can react to the interest you see in the marketplace. Finally, when a qualified buyer is ready to purchase, Jay will help you negotiate a fair price, and will manage the due diligence and closing processes.
